Doug Winter - Seismic
Doug Winter is CEO and co-founder of Seismic, the market leader for sales enablement platforms. A veteran entrepreneur, Winter is also a co-founder of Objectiva Software Solutions. Doug served as COO and general manager at EMC Document Sciences until founding Seismic in 2010. He holds a MSEE and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSEE from Virginia Tech. Doug has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal and San Diego Union Tribune for his leadership skills. In 2019, he was named one of the 10 Best CEOs of Small/Mid-Size Companies in the
U.S. by Comparably.
Marie Burke Kenny - Procopio
Marie is the Leader of the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. She was named Business Woman of the Year in 2018 by the San Diego Business Journal, is ranked by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers in the category of Employment Law, and in 2015 was named one of the Top 100 Women Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. She works with employers to develop strategies to prevent employment claims and create effective defenses to litigation.
